Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations - If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call the salon 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% service charge. We understand life happens and we all have emergencies beyond our control, we ask for as much notice as possible! Thank you for understanding!



Cell Phone Etiquette - We ask that you silence your cell phone while enjoying salon and spa services as a courtesy to all guests.
Free Wi-Fi is available.



Check Acceptance - We will gladly accept your local check, provided that your full name, address, and phone number are imprinted.
There is a $35 fee per returned check. We do not accept starter checks or third-party checks.



Children - We love being a family salon and happily accommodate services for your children with parental permission and/or supervision!
We do ask that if you bring your child(ren) with you during your service that you help them remember
we are a busy two-floor business with many people trying to relax.



Gift Cards - Statix Salon offers Gift Cards in any denomination for any service and most retail. Stop in or call us during our regular business hours (Mon-Sat, some Sundays) and we'd be happy to help you out. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer online Gift Card purchases.
Please note that all Gift Cards are non-refundable.  



Gratuity - Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of services.

Group Bookings/Parties - We are able to accommodate groups of various sizes for social gatherings, bridal or birthday parties, corporate events and more. A 50% deposit may be required depending on number of people in your party and/or services requested.

Health Considerations - The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount concern, so we ask that prior to receiving services you make our staff aware of any allergies, wounds, infections or health concerns and/or illnesses you are experiencing.

Refunds and Returns - We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
While we do not offer refunds on any services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction;
please speak with your stylist/technician or the salon manager within 72 hours of your original service.

Our Electric, Eleven, Eufora, Kevin.Murphy, Loma, and JBeverly Hills lines stand behind all of their products and we can 
gladly exchange the product for an item of equal or greater value. Please exchange within 14 days of purchase. Cosmetic/jewelry items, bags/wallets, select hair and nail products and all styling tools are final sales.
