Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellations - If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call the salon or cancel online 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% service charge. We understand life happens and we all have emergencies beyond our control, we ask for as much notice as possible! Thank you for understanding!
Cell Phone Etiquette - We ask that you silence your cell phone while enjoying salon and spa services as a courtesy to all guests.
Check Acceptance - We will gladly accept your local check, provided that your full name, address, and phone number are imprinted.
There is a $35 fee per returned check, plus any additional bank fees. We do not accept starter checks or third-party checks.
Children - We love being a family salon and happily provide services for your children with parental permission and/or supervision!
We do ask that if you bring your child(ren) with you during your service that you help them remember
we are a busy two-floor business with many people trying to relax.
Gift Cards - Statix Salon offers Gift Cards in any denomination for all services and retail. Stop in or call us during our regular business hours and we'd be happy to help you! Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer online Gift Card purchases.

Gratuity - Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of services.
Hair Donations - If you are interested in donating your hair, Statix Salon works with Locks of Love.

Health Considerations - The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount concern, so we ask that prior to receiving services you make our staff aware of any allergies, wounds, infections, health concerns and/or illnesses you are experiencing.
Refunds and Returns - We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction! Please reach out to your stylist or Statix management within 72 hours of your service - we will do everything we can to make it right!
We are able to exchange most of our retail products for an item(s) of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase;
we are unable to provide cash/credit returns.
All styling tools, cosmetic accessories/jewelry and handbags are final sales. Feel free to check before your purchase.
